Platform role
NauticaBook connects boat owners/operators and renters. The operating terms for each rental are confirmed in the booking and applicable policies.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and use the platform in compliance with law and other users.
Listings and bookings
Owners are responsible for listing accuracy, availability, documents and boat compliance. Renters must respect dates, guests, onboard rules and license/skipper requirements.
Payments and fees
Payments are handled through third-party providers. Prices, reservation deposit, balance and payouts are shown before confirmation when the payment flow is available.
Cancellations and disputes
Cancellations, refunds and disputes follow the selected policies and platform moderation decisions within legal limits.
